Comments

This Privacy Policy does not apply to protected health information that we collect from individuals pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Dizzy & Vertigo specializes in the assessment, treatment and management of dizziness – related symptoms. Dizzy & Vertigo collects, uses, and discloses personal information on our mission of providing care for dizziness – related conditions. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information and to maintaining various physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect personal information in our care.

For children under the age of 13, a parent or legal guardian must create the user account on behalf of the child and supervise the child’s use of the Dizzy & Vertigo applications at all times.
