Nope! We offer video-based telehealth services to patients in different cities and states. This means we can evaluate your symptoms and get you started with treatment all while you’re at home, work, or any other location. Some states have different rules and regulations, please contact our front staff so we can plan accordingly.
Only Medicare requires a physician referral. All other private pay insurance companies do not. However, it is most helpful if you and/or your primary care doctor can provide us with relevant medical records in advance.
At Dizzy and Vertigo, our goal is to provide expert specialty care in a swift manner. Pending scheduling conflicts, we can usually schedule your initial consultation within a few days or a week of you reaching out.
